Career College of Foreign Languages (KCCFL) and the Vancouver English
Centre (VEC) formalized an Agreement of Cooperation in 1998. KCCFL
is a private institution within the Kyoto University of Foreign Studies
Group.
LANGUAGE
The Vancouver Language Centre works very hard to ensure you will only
be exposed to English / Spanish. We believe the best way to learn is full
immersion, so your cooperation is required. Students are requested to
only speak English / Spanish at all times, except in emergency situations.
Remember that you and your classmates are at the Vancouver Language Centre
to learn English / Spanish. If you speak your native language with other
students, classroom time will be less productive for them, as well as
for you.
